Joe $1900 wasn't around very long so its not worth quoting.
If you look at the low in 2000 or so at $250 to now which is $1200 or so I doubt they are behind the eight ball.
They are long term players and are continuing to accumulate at any price.
The problem with westerners is all they see is current price.
The Chinese see the future price.
You want to hold the big four banks good luck to you.
They are no longer an investment,they are a trade.
When the interest rate cycle breaks they are going to get done big time.
