Gold looking very strong here… I think this likely to move through the US$1230 level and when that occurs we will be back quicker to the US$1260 level and beyond.
Unless the manipulators come in and mindlessly short gold COMEX later then we are likely to see good progress off the back of last few hours.
Biggest question now is are we at the end of the Fed raising years (2015/16/17) ? I'm not kidding…
If the market starts to sniff that then precious metals are going to explode from here…
Japan couldn't get the inflation despite everything… will the USA suffer same fate ? If inflation does or doesn't come will make no difference to where gold and silver are going and that is much higher. In these two outcomes whether interest rates really have to be jacked up or jacked down PM's rise.
This twilight goldilocks zone for the Fed containing gold and silver is pretty much over. We are getting to the outcome period where the curtain falls and we see the wizard.
