No doubt that level will be achieved. Not in our lifetime though...doubtful in my kids' time too. Having said that, I expect the price to mine it will have moved proportionately too.
Imagine $30K / oz today....mobile phones (or any other gadget with a speck of gold in it) would become heirlooms, and we'd be back to a time when people would be murdered for their jewelry.......purchased at the mid season sale at Angus & Cootes [6ct dragon pendant holding a bong....noice, different, unusual]
