I think it is highly likely that as soon as the North Koreans test a Nuclear bomb the US will ascertain through the the 'sniffer plane' and move fast. Presumably they have teed things up with China and will give them notice/confirmation. It is looking likely that NK is going to try and call Trump's bluff. Trouble is Trump is not going to want to lose face so will act. This can only really be done with an arrangement already in place between USA/China.
Very dicey times currently. Is this going to deescalate or turn in to something much more serious imminently and a whole lot more complex ?
