PM metals will always breakout first hand (silver leading the breakout), then it will start the gold & silver fever like they did in year 2000s. Then the greatest economic bubble will explode with major stock market & dollar collapse. Home owners (fully owned) shouldn't have major issue because they don't expose to debt, mortgages should fix their loans asap with maximum loan term, to avoid any unforeseen variable risk in interest rate market. Then money printing will follow (QE) which is highly inflationary, then bond fire sale... followed by bond market collapse. That's how I see it.
