I can see the numbers, but there are many other factors moving the market. It's not being bullish or bearish, but the right side. Market is always on the right side whether you like it or not. I was convinced that the market would crash before Oct 2 2016, when I realised I was on the wrong side, I switched & joined the right side. My mate has been bearish on a property market in the past decades (20 yrs I think), he is definitely on the wrong side & still renting today, while I already owned my own house.
