From Seeking Alpha .... "The dollar is heading for its best week of the year. It comes ahead of reports forecast to show inflation and retail sales both increasing last month, backing the case for the Fed to keep raising interest rates this year."
But then again, if the forecast misses??
The Financial Times is telling the truth....you'll get nothing but propaganda from many other sources & Skol. It's a retail apocalypse, with more earnings this week from retail heavyweights. These poor earnings will hit the Dow hard, as retail is the bed-rock of the US services based economy.

US retail sector’s misery — in charts
Unexpectedly sharp decline in department store sales felt across the markets
Investors wiped $4.6bn from the market value of the US department store sector in the space of two days this week, as concern mounted about sliding sales and the effects of online competition.
The consequences are spilling into the real estate and derivatives markets, and the latest bad news has intensified the focus on the sector ahead of more earnings reports from retail heavyweights next week.
