The banks are down cuz they are gonna pay more tax .... but, we the customers will get this extra cost passed on to us anyway or they will sack staff to cover it, thanks Malcom.
If pollies gave themselves a pay cut, now that WOULD be a win/win situation, but I spose that didn't enter the budget plans.
