    the difference back then ... lots of margin callers in the miners and the Feds still had ammunition ...

    I think this time might be different if we went thru a repeat ... the miners might go no 'sell' bid ... (depends on what holders need to sell desperately if they're indebted in other assets) ...

    this is insurance we're talking about?
