Skol, I am looking at the big picture over the longer term. I'm not looking at what the specs might do with the short term price. However I still see much more strength than weakness over the last 1 - 1.5 years as shown by the way that the price is spending more time hugging the down trend line and did not even coming close to retesting the 2015 low despite the much stronger USD and much stronger US markets. With those in play, the much higher low in 2016 looks bullish to me.
In my charts, I have shown the very long term uptrend, shorter term up trend lines as well as down trend lines. You seem to only focus on the 7 year down trend line and ignoring the much higher bottom in 2016. Perhaps your focus is on a different time frame to mine.
