Hi Crom Valen, I know this a difficult subject to tackle without definition. When I say manipulation, it's in context of a means to an end, not a living market of floating exchange rates. The profiteering may or may not have happened, I don't know. Although as you know, there are cases of smallest amount of manipulation over long periods of time by institutions and entities have garnered huge profits. So yes, I guess in that sense their profiteering through manipulation.
