Golds going below 1200, unless a black swan appears, the news momentum is done. Trump is no longer perceived as a loose cannon (I swear some knob here was claiming I was stupidly wrong about that a month or two ago) and the media isn't talking doom to the economy and not talking about the trump rally was just an overhyped myth. No hype about north Korea either. No hype on either of these factors means gold will go below 1200. Bad news is coming out of the economy, sure, but a gold bull rally needs more than a bad GDP number or a bad NFP report. They are just blips that cause extremely short term gold price increases.
