I was actually the one who started the thread about Deutsche and others admitting to have rigged gold and silver markets a few days ago (which garnered a lot of interest).
But I think I have to say that manipulation is an art, and almost certainly legal and almost certainly as old as markets...whereas rigging....something quite different, not legal.
I guess it's very a fine line.
