The best traders I know stringently manage risk. This morning I have had to reduce two of my recent gold stock purchases by 50% due to initial stop losses being hit. I am glad I have lost a small amount of money on these two stocks as they have proven themselves the weakest in the parcel, the unproductive employees if you like. This still leaves me with the better performers, the stronger stocks.
My account is now stronger, and I feel better psychologically.
