Don't concern yourself with indicators on charts I present, they're defaults from free sites because I stopped paying for fancy charting software a decade ago - the boffins can have their witchcraft. Simple trends and SR is all I really look at in the chart department for medium-long term investing.
On that ascending triangle for gold, it does look sexy doesn't it. Add in the five year H&S bottom and you have voodoo magic. Don't be fooled, the boffins on Wall Street are watching it too - if/when the upper resistance breaks - expect heavy volume and pumping from the money managers. When I speak of exploding OI I'm referring to a mass of managed money running in the same direction. Odds favour this event for gold and judging by all the info circling about, it's close.
