The bombing continues as gold moves into oversold territory.
The Euro continue to test its lows against the dollar as the Aussie is on oversold.
The waiting game continues.
One thing of interest here is the divergence of the Nasdaq and the Dow as the Dow continues to correct while the Nasdaq continues to break records.The Nasdaq is the more speculative of the two so if the Dow does not recover then the rest of these speculative markets would be expected to reverse.
If they do reverse, then providing that it is not too credit negative then one could quite easily expect gold to also reverse to the upside.
