Overnight low was breached but not by much as a couple of decent bombing attempts were rejected.
Bombers seem to be having a problem pushing gold much lower at this juncture.
A decent daily downside reversal in the USD/JPY and the dollar against the Euro will probably make it more difficult for the bombers.All things being equal of course.
The US dollar itself has given a daily downside reversal.
Commercials are a net 7,000 short contracts higher which indicates they are not giving up but the overall structure is certainly not bearish.
All in all, next week looks a bit more positive.
We'll see how the bombers do on Monday night.
