    Oh yest it does! The near future ie. 17July does matter on the technicals, it broke that key 1240 level that held leading into Friday's close. I did post that it wasn't a good indicator for a Friday close. Is your reference about "artificial" in reference to manipulation/conspiracy again?

    Price is what you pay today and value is what you get. Tomorrow is another day as those same minded folks will have to believe in the value to keep buying the price. If they don't then value will contract or expand depending on the direction.

    $1240 broken so decisively on Powell's commentary, what technicals are you referring to? Some elusive bombers which you can be more specific? How about referring those bombers = market participants? That might help your understanding the zero sum game nature of this market instead of jumping shadows and blame game?
