    Peter Schiff is a scamster who's always talking his books, cajoling the dimwitted into buying more gold and keeping him solvent. He's the same sort of villain as Glenn Beck who scammed oldies and the feeble-minded into buying gold threatening war, pestilence and a colossal global meltdown which of course never happened.
    Beck made a fortune though.

    You think property prices in the USA have gone down? In San Francisco you'll pay $1,000,000 for a mediocre 50 sq.m apartment.

    Currently like many major cities Seattle is undergoing a boom, like Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney.

    Peter Schiff's' father died in jail, probably runs in the family.
