I disagree Skol old chap...I purchased my first property in 1984 and my first shares a week after the 1987 crash...didn't really have a clue at the time what I was doing....since then I have constantly traded both the property and share markets. I must say in all that time I have never seen the world in such a dire economic mess with the world stock markets at such unrealistic elevated levels...there are now just to many issues that can and will go wrong....world CB's have led us to the brink of financial and economic disaster..it is now just a case of waiting for that bang that startles the herd to send it all tumbling into the abyss...tick tock....tick tock....
Manipulation of markets, commodities and economic indicators was never going to work....
