Dictatorship, an interesting word when it comes to economics.
The head of private companies are equivalent to dictators.
Most companies in the Dow Jones would in effect be run under a dictator.
Seems Putin is pretty good on business and economics, they are coming back from hard times, mostly imposed by the Democracy of US sanctions too. And car salesman Trump recognises Putin for that too.
Pretty sure the US dollar pump won't last long either as it's very counter to their business interests.
