Yes that is how is seems but very much mixed with propaganda for and from the illuminati.   Venezuela is a dictatorship yes, so is Russia but they sit on oil and gas which the US want to control.  Almost all the wars since 1946 have been instigated by the US for their military and oil business interests and led of course by their individual dictators.

KGB is absolutely no different to the CIA/FBI, who are the ones controlling the leaders.
