I can’t understand how the idea of owning gold bars makes you an alarmist or Armageddon believer, I do believe gold is classed as a asset even as reserve banks have just stated hence there purchases of the gold stuff.
I know a 76 year old man who has been buying a gold coin since 1979 every month, now from where I sit looking at his average buy in I’m completely in awe of his capital growth now he is selling some as he
wants to start to enjoy what he saved over the years and yep not paying any tax on his capital growth.
strange he hasn’t mentioned anything about the Armageddon he has however told me all about the silver sea cruise
