Actually I do have exposure to gold with a mutual fund, but other base metals have performed far better than gold. I posted a chart a few days ago to prove my point.
Gold hasn't even managed to get anywhere close to the 2011 price, goldbugs that posted here a few years ago have long since disappeared, and you won't need to be Albert Einstein to figure out why.
The debt is quite manageable - goldbugs have been banging on about it for years. They read Peter Schiff and all those other turkeys.
