Let me put this way you might I emphasise might understand.
Think of a modern jet airliner all the control systems all the backup systems and the backups to them. Think of all the regular maintenance checks and rigorous planning for every flight. Think of the pilot training for all types of emergencies and contingencies.
One could say that everything possible has been done for all concerned to have a firm grip on things.
Question do you ever watch that air crash investigation show on TV.
