Skol, gold and the mining sector is coming under increasing pressure. It is to be expected, a regression to the mean is the likely outcome - the mean around 4%pa.
I can see it drift to the bottom of the trading range 1360. The trading range boundaries increase in time along with inflation. We now have 1360 - 1570.
Gold trades like an illusionist performing on stage. It appears to be doing one thing (consolidating) while it slowly creeps lower and lower.
