Stock market hits record highs and so do property prices....What?????

I've been assured repeatedly here for years by 'expert' HC goldbugs and by professional, masterful, seasoned, gold celebrities like Peter Schiff, Jim Rickards, Clif High, Mike Maloney, Pastor Lindsay Williams, Lynette 'Lyn' Zang, Bo Polny and dozens of other goldbug heroes that ruin would be upon us, that by now stock markets would be worthless, property values would be smashed to atoms, and the gold price (which is still 45% below it's all-time high) would be in the tens of thousands.
