Yes, 3rd world dictatorships and tyrants, if it's actually true, which it probably isn't. Mauritania, Egypt, Kyrgyz Republic, Belarus, Guinea, Ukraine....et.al.....just the spot for a relaxing holiday if you don't mind dictators, the occasional assassination, revolution and government inspired famine.
