The doc probably living out of the back of it's 96' hyundai excel and at the soup kitchen (mia?). Every time they run their mouth off about "living standards, new tech and how great MMT (magic money tree) and the Fed is"...gold goes up...rather than "regressing to the mean" (1.7 % above inflation if my memory serves me correctly - and way above current term deposits and savings account rates).

Hopefully he/she can afford some bricks & mortar at some point "before retirement"...before losing all their govt paychecks gambling at the casino.
