Sounds great. You are missing the part where it's only the central banks that are experimenting with negative interest rates. Not the banks lending to folk like you and I. Unfortunately the chances that you will ever be able to walk into a bank and get them to pay you take out a loan are in fact... Negative. Zero. Nada.
