We lose out on agri exports to China, I have not done much research in this sector but the general indices like it. Simply put, tariff has taken a chunk Chinese growth. We will benefit from more exports of base metals and hopefully tourism if there are any vegetation and wild life left to admire in time.
Dentie, I’m not sure how US is inflating themselves out of their perceived debt crisis. Gdp is not growing faster than the debt part of the ratio. I posted a video of Stephanie Kelton SA brief talk and she makes a much better usage of explanation using MMT. This professor knows her stuff.
How do you guys measure the issues of an economy is one general cursory glance? Does equity indices perhaps give a good measure or do we keep banging on about the debt pile? If the latter, you will notice they are in tandem with the Dow and broader SP500. Something is not right??? Lol
