Personally I've never heard of her but acting as a 'Devils Advocate' as I sometimes like to do....
Maybe it's still in process judging by the apparently increasingly desperate measures of the Fed. and other Central Banks to add liquidity, prop up the (many overvalued) markets along with the ongoing and the evidently increasingly less effective attempts at stimulating activity in economies ?
Are you in denial of such matters ?
Are you clairvoyant and assured it won't happen ? Are you blessed with some special predictive powers ?
Just because it hasn't happened it doesn't mean it might not.
