Skol has highlighted gold price predictions and collapse of the $US made by Lynette Zang - they have not come to fruition. Skol has also brought to the attention of readers that Lynette Zang is involved in a business that deals in gold.

Skol has provided readers with a great service in highlighting the above points. Each person is free to make of facts what they will. Personally I feel there is conflict when a dealer in a commodity is pushing stories that are nothing more than opinions, which could influence a persons reasoning behind buying gold and selling other assets.

I'm intrigued by the implied law suit coming from Lynette Zang and on what basis in Australian law it will find grounds.

So if Lynette Zang is bullish on gold and sells it as well, is it bad for Skol to talk it down whilst shorting it?

Whats the difference?
