Uh-oh
Last night I decided to pop into the pub for a quick beer on my way home. It was about 11:30 pm.
While chatting to the bar staff, a woman who was playing pool wondered over.
She wanted to shake hands but we refused. Luckily?
She then went on to tell us how her brother was in ICU with COVID-19.
Went on to talk about Jesus and going back to country.
Barman told her to piss off.
Did not believe her because we had no reported cases.
This is the first case in our jurisdiction and only hit the news this morning.
The fact he is in ICU suggests he has been infected for some time.
I wonder how long he has been infectious for?
For me this has now got very real.
