There is a difference here and that is that the Fed and the rest of the central banks are reacting to this crisis.They are not on board with the crowd that has created this crisis. The only central bank on board with this crowd is the ECB which has Lagarde as its head who is a well known globalist and seeks to instigate full control over its people through electronic currency and the banning of cash,gold and just about anything else.
