Doc doesn't think markets can be controlled and yet made reference to the fact London controls or influences the Gold price not any other trading house as they have no impact.

Now is that an efficient market hypothesis that every participant can influence price??? Is that true price discovery in action if other trading houses even in the US have no real influence on Gold price???

Doc please explain.
