So now you have all these people effectively all desperate to cover their mortgages, all dropping their pants to attract a finite pool of renters. It's like a game of musical chairs. Next you will start to get the defaults. All those extra untenanted properties will be hitting the market, and who will want them in a falling market, when you won''t be able to tenant them?

This is all inevitable, it is only massive cognitive dissonance regarding property which will prevent people seeing it earlier.

So are you saying don't be fooled by the headlines at the moment with property prices still going up, even if at very marginal %'s
