'Sheet box'? They're brand new, huge houses not allowed, it's a country half-acre subdivision, not a city 1/6th acre ghetto. No telephone poles, underground fibre, great views, a very cool place. 50 feet above the river...nice.

I'll make a quid out of it, unlike gold bars which are at a 10 year high. Only suckers buy at the peak.
