Why it was kept in a civilian port I don't even want to hazard a guess the product could have easily been sold and or picked up from that port by the original shipping company or another it's a valuable commodity in certain mining sectors (mostly coal etc). The concern over the cause of the blast will most definitely have a short term impact on gold price if the markets hedging it's bets on something sinister. In the past it's run down just as fast from it's lift off too from memory.

i honestly dont think it has anything to do with pog movement, US 10yr bonds hit new 52 week lows, the doller sank and us made no progress on new stimulus
