Is it because the fed is buying bonds from prime dealers and instead of using the funds to loan out, as they are suppose too, they are buying financial assets?
Knowing that all companies will be bailed out there is no reason not to buy financial assets.
Doesn't sound like the economy is reacting to fundamentals but to false cronnie capitalism.
