Stock markets ALWAYS beat gold.

It's a fact. And so does income producing property in major cities.

If gold was a good bet lots of people would be buying it, but very few do, probably because they know that in the long term it's a lousy bet, has no income and costs to store it.

Like I say, when Warren Buffett says buy gold, I'll pay some attention.
