So all lived happy ever after me back in gor, silverlake $$ and new mill, funds happy clapping, and a growth in gor + goldfields relations.
Gor gets growth + instant gold production (no hedging) + gold lands etc etc
Lex holders get lovely returns in GOR script, + 2 good bosses + staff together kicking ass.
+ bonus other lex lands for gor to chew on.
