Yes agree , they are raising the bar for extraction of money now from oldies.
The Capital gain is now seemly a must in gain.
That means untouched stocks now need daily watching and moving a few times.
There is exceptions but trying to pick em and with divs and no risk is mind blowing.
The big goldies would be a place oldies may look for least hands on, but again me not advise or professional.
others here may have somewhat better advice on where to throw ones investment dollars and I will leave that to them.
Challenging times the oldies are copping it with Virus, Lifestyle and now denied returns, Shameful.
