    they desperately trying to keep it below for psychological reasons at least.
    i am not sure if they will succeed come middle of this month and the money tap gets opened to save the
    because sources are drying up for others to save them.
    They are literally going to print money of biblical proportions out of thin air.
    i believe USD will get devalued a heap.
