    PMGold the holder has the right to the underlying asset (Gold) or the option to excise in cash.
    ASX GOLD ETF is a similar product with the right to the underlying asset stored and indepenantly verified.
    The asset can be redeemed at certain bullion dealers around the world so, you don't have to go to London to collect.
