Finally a CB entity looking longer term and seeing the obvious. Gotta see massive wage/income increases at the lower levels of society for all of this to work. CBs always feared inflation from growing wages taking hold and destroying purchasing power of the $$ but now - After a decade of no real wages growth - due in part by corporations driving wage costs lower mainly by relocation of the labour base (That worked) All it did was increase the divide. If you want the lower section to get wealthy - Do what they do At The Top - Give all employees shares in the co - spread them out so not just the BOD gets shares for FREE. Thats the easiest and quickest way.
