Sell property and buy gold, are you serious? I've owned lots of properties, most of them industrial or house renters. Why would I sell the ones I own and buy a metal that has no utility and no income.
One property I built back in 1989 cost $140,000 to build, it's now worth $1,200,000 + 31 years of rent. That's a Schiffload of money, and you want me to buy gold bars instead.
