Those job keeper programs were speculated just before each expiry and Scomo always got Father X'mas to keep handing them out consistently. These programs are like QE, they keep getting extended until condition changes = vaccine. Welcome to MMT, debt is just a number interchanges with Govt spending/Taxes.
