I keep saying this, but don't people find it strange that companies get fined and that money goes to the victims. Oh no sorry it doesnt.

Ah i get it. It goes to pay the govt and then business as usual.
So really what is happening is that JP Morgan manipulates and rips of investors , gets fined and the money goes to the govt.
