Just thought I'd give you guys an update on 'Great Depression 2 not far from where I live.
This reminds of the GFC, what my wife, who has no interest in economic matters at all, used to sarcastically call "the Great Depression', because the economy was still ticking over and getting a seat on an airacft overseas was nigh on impossible, they were all chokka.
And while the GFC was on, or a I call it 'Great Depression 1.5', goldbugs were on here with their idols, Schiff, Rickards and Sinclair predicting gold in the tens of thousands and 'stackers' getting ready to buy a new Porsche or Ferrari.
But alas it all very predictably came crashing down in 2012 and their dreams of instant riches evaporated.
